No refunds: Our products are digital source code that is fully in your possession once downloaded. For this reason we do not return any amount paid under any circumstances, whether for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or any other reason. When compensation is issued: If a genuine defect in the template files is proven to prevent it from working as advertised, and neither you nor our support team can resolve it, you are compensated with a discount coupon added to your account. Every case is reviewed and decided by our administration after verification. Coupon terms: The coupon is tied to your account only and cannot be transferred. It can be used for a single purchase and is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued. Once that period ends it expires automatically, no amount is applied through it, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nature of delivery: Templates are digital products delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, and the complete source code is in your possession as soon as you download it. A digital copy cannot be returned once delivered. Express acknowledgement: By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and delivery without delay, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal or cancellation granted for digital purchases under applicable consumer protection law, including the fourteen-day cooling-off period. Download limit: Each template you have purchased can be downloaded 3 times, and the count renews automatically whenever a new update is published for it. The limit exists to protect the files and the quality of the service. Compensation: The only case considered after delivery is a genuine defect that cannot be resolved, and it is handled with a compensation coupon under the section above, never with a refund.

How you get it: Pro Membership is activated automatically once you have purchased 4 templates on the platform, with no request or fee. What it gives you: An automatic discount on your future purchases at the rate shown in the store at the time of purchase. The rate is set by the platform and may change. Discount limits: Discounts do not stack. If a general promotion or a coupon is also available for the same order, only the one with the highest value is applied.

Merchant of record: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the legal Merchant of Record for our products. They collect payments and any applicable taxes on our behalf. What appears on your statement: For this reason, your card statement may show Lemon Squeezy or LEMONSQUEEZY.COM rather than ThemeVault. This is expected and does not indicate an unauthorised transaction. Before taking action: If you do not recognise a charge, please contact our support team first and we will provide the full order details promptly.

* Technical support is strictly limited to resolving bugs in the original source code, and only when the developer or engineer encounters a complex technical issue they cannot solve independently. * Technical support does NOT cover: template installation or matching live demo setup, personal custom feature requests, integrating third-party APIs or external databases, or providing programming tutorials and fundamentals. * Automatic ticket closure: If our support team asks you for information or an action and you do not reply within 3 days, the ticket is closed automatically and you are notified by email. You can open a new ticket at any time.

* We guarantee that templates operate efficiently with the specified frameworks and runtime versions listed in the product description (such as Next.js or React versions). * The platform is not responsible for any malfunctions resulting from upgrading the project to future framework versions not yet officially supported.

* All images, illustrations, and icons displayed in promotional previews and 'Live Demos' are for demonstration purposes only. To prevent copyright infringement, these assets are not included in the final downloadable package unless explicitly stated.

* Reselling, redistributing, or publishing the template source code (in whole or in part), whether for free or paid on any other platform, is strictly prohibited. * ThemeVault reserves the absolute right to terminate any account proven to be involved in piracy, copyright infringement, or sharing login credentials with third parties, immediately and without refund. * Account deletion: The administration may delete any account that breaches these terms. On deletion the account data and content are erased, while the financial records of its purchases are kept for accounting purposes. * Re-registration ban: If a deletion is accompanied by a ban, we retain the email address and the linked Google or GitHub account identifier to prevent a new account from being created with them for the duration of the ban, whether temporary or permanent.

One project per license: Purchasing a template grants you a perpetual license to use, modify and publish it on the web for a single project only, including all of its future updates for that same project. Using it again: To use the same template in another project or publish it a second time, you must purchase a new license for it. Why this applies: This protects our products from suspicious resale, free distribution, and any similar misuse. When a violation is detected: The infringing website is blocked, the license is revoked, and the account is closed without any compensation.

* The customer receives every update published for the template free of charge for as long as it is on sale or updates continue to be released for it. Updates are downloaded directly from the dashboard with no further action required. * If a template is withdrawn from the store or its development stops, new updates stop as well, and the template remains in your account so you can download its latest released version at any time. * The customer always receives the latest published version of the template; earlier versions are no longer available for download once a newer version is released. We recommend keeping a copy of the files your project is built on.
