Understand your rights and restrictions when purchasing from ThemeVault.
The Standard License grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work you have selected. You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a "single application"). Each purchase covers a single project once only: you can either publish it as your own product, or use the license for a single client project. Any additional project requires a new license.
ThemeVault currently operates exclusively under the "Standard License" model for all digital products. We do not offer exclusive single-sale licenses (purchasing a theme once to remove it permanently from the store) or extended licenses at this time. All templates are sold on a non-exclusive basis for your own projects or client applications. We may introduce exclusive purchase options or extended tiers in future platform updates.
Under no circumstances can you re-distribute or re-sell the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You cannot do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items. You cannot claim ownership of the original code or design.
You are fully authorized to modify the source code to fit the needs of your End Product. However, modifying the code does not grant you the right to resell the modified version as a new theme or template. The underlying rights still belong to ThemeVault.
Review: We monitor use of our themes through buyer reports, manual follow-up, and the download records we keep for every purchase. When a violation is suspected, we review the case ourselves before taking any action. If a violation is established: Your licence for that specific theme is revoked, your account loses the right to download it and to receive its future updates, and it is barred from making new purchases. Legal action: We reserve the right to send copyright infringement notices (DMCA) to hosting providers, and to take whatever legal steps are necessary to protect our rights. A plain note: Our themes ship as source code that is open for you to modify. Every copy is tied to documented download records for its owner, so any copy that appears outside its licence can be traced back to its source.
Your adherence to this license ensures we can continue providing top-tier technical products at competitive prices for everyone.
