Since we provide instantly downloadable digital products (Software/Templates), we only collect the minimum data necessary to ensure your products are delivered securely: • Basic Account Information: Full name and email address — used to create your account, send purchase invoices, and provide secure download links. • Technical Data: IP address and browser type — used strictly for security purposes to prevent fraud or unauthorised downloading of copyrighted files.
How We Use Your Information
At ThemeVault, we do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstances. Your data is used exclusively to: • Successfully process your purchases and add the templates to your "My Purchases" dashboard. • Provide technical support and engineering assistance when needed. • Send free software updates and important notifications for templates you have previously purchased.
Payment Gateways & Security
Secure
Your financial security is a top priority. We never collect or store your card numbers or banking details on our servers. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the legal Merchant of Record for our products, which collects payments and taxes on our behalf. This is why their name may appear on your card statement instead of ThemeVault. We receive only what is required to issue your invoice and link the order to your account: name, email address, order amount and transaction identifier.
How Your Data Is Processed
Your data is processed securely by the platform, without anyone having access to anything that concerns you.
Data Retention
What we keep: We keep your basic account data and purchase history for as long as your account exists, so the templates you have bought remain available to you. Deletion at your request: You may ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. On deletion we erase all data and content that belongs to you, keeping only the financial records of your purchases, meaning invoices and their amounts, for accounting and legal obligations. When a ban applies: If an account is deleted for breaching the terms and the deletion is accompanied by a ban, we retain the email address and the linked Google or GitHub account identifier to prevent a new account from being created with them for the duration of the ban.
